If you need Congress Ltd. to build up your booth, please state it on the enclosed application form. We are ready to provide you extra furniture and services besides the basic services. We will send you a confirmation on your requests.
In case you bring your own-built booth, we will send you a detailed information sheet about the exact regulations.

GENERAL RULES OF ATTENDANCE
I. Application - Confirmation
(1) You can apply on the enclosed application form, by signing the application form the applicant agrees to the below general rules of attendance.
The application becomes an agreement upon Congress Ltd. receiving the signed application form.
(2) Any condition and/or reservations laid down by the applicant on the application form shall have no validity.
All additional agreements, such as the ordering of services or technical connections, individual approvals shall be subject
to Congress Ltd.'s written confirmations.
(3) Any booths or exhibition spaces that are not occupied by the applicant until the end of the day before the exhibition
opening can be disposed to other applicants. In this case, the applicant cannot claim recovery or refund.
(4) All exhibitor can reserve a boot by the rule "first come first reserved". Any exhibitor can not claim expectations of the
measurement and plan of the booth.
(5) Congress Ltd. can terminate a contract if the product of the applicant does not suit to the topics of the exhibition.
(6) Sale and taste of food-products are only possible by prior notice and having the permit of the competent authority.
II. Payment and Due Dates
(1) The organizer posts an invoice on the registration fee and the 50% of the exhibitor base fee together with the application
confirmation. The invoice on the remaining 50% of the exhibitor base fee is due two weeks before the exhibition. The
invoice on any separately ordered services will be sent to the exhibitor in 8 days after the exhibition.
(2) In the event of non-payment notwithstanding an expressed threat of refusal, Congress Ltd. shall be entitled to dispose of
the booth area or to withdraw from the agreement.
(3) In the event of the payment deadline being exceeded without dunning the applicant shall be obliged to pay Congress Ltd.
the normal banking interest rate.
III. Sub-exhibitors
Sub-exhibitors must be announced on the application form of the applicant, marking the full name, address, products
and/or scope of activity of the sub-exhibitor. The registration fee must be paid for all sub-exhibitors, including those published
in the catalogue. The organizer considers the booths as a single entity and submits it to a single applicant. Congress
Ltd. decides on accepting one or more sub-exhibitors of an applicant. The applicant is liable for any damages caused his
sub-exhibitor.
IV. Insurance and Liability
(1) The applicant or his representatives shall be responsible for properly insuring the exhibition goods as well as all other
equipments and fittings against all transport, assembly and dismantling risks as well as during the event itself, in particular
against damage, theft, etc.
(2) Congress Ltd.'s liability for personal injury or damage to property shall be limited in every case to intent and gross negligence.
(3) Indirect damage and loss of earnings shall be excluded from the liability.
(4) The registration fee includes an indemnity insurance which is valid for damages caused by the exhibitor (the insured) to a
third party not in contracting relationship with the insured, and to a third party in contracting relationship with the insured
where the damage is not regulated in their contract and in case the insured is liable for the reimbursement. The limit of
the reimbursement is 5,000,000 HUF per damage.
(5) Congress Ltd. shall not be liable in the event of the cancellation, relocation or rescheduling as a consequences of force
major in particular in the event of catastrophes, environmental damage, war, terror, insurrection, employment disputes,
energy shortages, epidemic, etc.
V. Cancellation of Attendance
The applicant can cancel his application or reduce the size of the rented area without paying a penalty only within 8 days
after application. The cancellation must be done in a written form. In case the cancellation is done later, the organizer is
entitled to claim the whole sum of the already issued invoice. The applicant shall pay the whole invoiced sum without
delay.
VI. Guarantee
Complaints issued on the grounds of any possible defects in the booth or the exhibition area must be forwarded to
Congress Ltd. in written form without delay following occupation at the latest on the last day of the preparatory assembly
thus enabling Congress Ltd. to rectify any possible defects. Complain issued at a later date cannot be recognised, and shall
not lead to any claims being made against Congress Ltd.
VII. Court Competence
The parties agree that all disputes arising from or in connection with the present contract, its breach, termination, validity
or interpretation, shall be exclusively decided by the Court of Arbitration attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce
and Industry, Budapest in accordance with its own Rules of Proceedings. |
